What I’m not good at

I’m pretty sure that I’m not good at handling stress.

And the way I’m handling it is quite negative – with a cup of coffee and watching as many movies as possible, to distract my brain from thinking. Then I work on something like making new samples, practicing calligraphy or cleaning my room as hard as I can to the point that tires me and I can go to bed without anything in my mind (at 3am and total exhausted).

However, I’m still bad at handling stress.
